Scan Official QR Card
Point the scanner at the QR code on the worker's card or Android app screen.

Start Counter & Mark Hired
The marketplace marks the worker as HIRED, and your dashboard begins the real-time stopwatch.

Stop Work & Pay Cash/Online
When work concludes, press Stop Work. Settle via Cash, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Wallet.

30-Min Early Cancellation Guarantee
If cancelled within the first 30 minutes, a fixed Rs. 500 compensation fee applies to cover worker transit and dispatch.
